Here is some information to pass along to groups in your area about an upcoming conference in Albuquerque, NM. A new flyer is attached.

SWACYPAA IX, the ninth annual Southwest-area Conference of Young People in AA, will be held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, August 17th through August 20th! Register for the conference at https://swacypaa9.org. It will be at the DoubleTree hotel and convention center in downtown Albuquerque. Our website will be updated soon with the link to book your discounted room at the DoubleTree. We hope to see you there!

We are scheduling Marathon Meetings for SWACYPAA IX at https://tinyurl.com/swac9meetings or you can use the QR code on the attached flyer. Sign up your group for a time slot to host a 1-hour meeting during the conference. We would like to have meetings every hour on the hour, except during main speakers, starting Thursday night and ending Sunday morning. The format of the meeting can be anything your group wants it to be. Your group can use its own format, or just show up and use our suggested script for a topic/discussion meeting. If you are able to join us at the conference, please consider signing up yourself or your group to host a meeting!
